April 2020 will see the launch of Kingfisher Creek in Kengies Fourways. The development consists of 50 unit freehold units inside a secure estate incorporating a natural creek greenbelt.
The homes are 3 and 4 bedroom freestanding units with garages. In line with our heritage finishing will be to a level not matched by competitive offerings.
As the homes are new builds they will not incur transfer duties and on top of this the transfer fees have been included in the price.
