The house we have been building at 1133 Tugela Falls Avenue is completed and looking beautiful. The goal was to be in before December and that has been achieved. It was really hard work from everyone involved but as you can see from the photos it was absolutely worth it. The house totals 820m under roof and has four spacious bedrooms all with en-suite, some of the more unusual features include:
- A glass elevator between ground and first floors
- Koi pond and heated swimming pool
- Grey water processing and rain water harvesting
- An upstairs patio garden
- A grand chandelier with over 1900 crystals
The house makes full use of the Estate facilities by having a connection to the piped gas (for when it comes on line) and is integrated with Smart Village.
